The vacation home is located at the beautiful park Bonaire Exclusive. This park is uniquely located near the centre of Kralendijk. You can find the boulevard at no more than 600 feet from the park. The shopping area with the biggest supermarket of the island is within a 5-minute walk. Other interesting locations on walking distance are several beaches and diving centres.
The park on which the vacation home is located has a total of around 40 houses. Al houses are privately owned. The park has it’s own road en a mutually owned pool. Because of the mutual owned pool and road the park has an association of owners. Membership is obligated to all owners. The contribution is around 110 dollars per month.
The home was built in 2006/2007 and has a concrete construction with a proper build wooden roof with high ceilings. The facades are plastered, as are the inner walls. The floors and bathroom have tilling. The terrain is partly hardened with tiled concrete and surrounded by a partly brick, partly concrete wall. The garden has beautiful tropical plants and is covered with white gravel.
The house has a big livingroom with kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and bathroom. On the outside is a private separately closable storage space. Bungalow number 9 also has a big garage. The living and bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. Both the bedrooms are also equipped with split-unit air conditioning systems. The big luxurious kitchen has a microwave, refrigerator, and a stove.
